Books are made-to-order. Once you approve your final preview, production begins and the order can no longer be changed or cancelled. Shipping times vary by destination; estimates are provided at checkout.
If your book arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact support within 30 days for a free reprint or full refund.
You retain ownership of the personal details, photos, and interview content you provide. WorkTale retains ownership of the illustration style, story structure, and platform. You receive a personal-use license to the finished book — commercial redistribution is not permitted.
Do not use the service to create content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms.
